Parma N. Sinha
CEO
P.E.

Parma founded Contech Design Incorporated in July of 1984.  Since then he has gone on to receive Professional Engineering licenses in 12 states.

Rajeev K. Sinha
President, Principal-In-Charge
P.E., MBA, LEED AP

Rajeev graduated from the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business in 2006 as the youngest graduate of the Executive MBA program in the history of the university! He also holds a Professional Engineering license and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Christopher T. Beard
Vice President
LEED AP

Chris graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, he began his career in computing and has progressed to information, project, and process management.  Recently Chris passed the LEED-NC (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) v2.2 exam, completing his certification as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Karen R. Holbrook
Office Manager / Human Resources

Karen is a 2006 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, and has passed the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) exam for her Certification. Karen brings over 10 years of Public and Private sector business to Contech Design.
