President, Principal-in-Charge

Parma founded Contech Design Incorporated in July of 1984.  Since then he has gone on to receive Professional Engineering licenses in 12 states.

Rajeev K. Sinha
Vice President, Director of Corporate Development
EIT, MBA

Rajeev graduated from the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business in 2006 as the youngest graduate of the Executive MBA program in the history of the university!

Christopher T. Beard
Vice President of Operations

Chris comes from the field of Management Information Systems, dedicating his early years to computing and later information, project, and process management.

Karen R. Holbrook
Office Manager / Human Resources

Karen is a 2006 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, and has passed the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) exam for her Certification. Karen brings over 10 years of Public and Private sector business to Contech Design.
