About CDI

Contech Design, Inc. provides efficient and cutting-edge designs for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protections systems in the commercial construction industry. Our clients, both public and private, present us with the opportunities to showcase our talents on a host of renovation and new construction projects.

The Beginning

CDI was founded on July 5, 1984 by Parma N. Sinha, P.E. The firm has grown to nine associates, with corporate headquarters in Dayton, OH. CDI was founded on the principals of cost-effective and high-technology systems design; this ethos remains a cornerstone of our organization today.

The Future

The foundation Parma set forth in 1984 continues to supply Contech Design Incorporated with our long term goal of growing our company and relationship with local businesses, government, defense agencies, and the private sector. Our management staff and technical team are committed to two main goals: First, developing one of the best performing CAD design and engineering service companies in the Dayton area – a statement we are well on our way to completing. Second, we want to create a class leading Information Management/Technical Support services division capable of satisfying the demanding needs of our own Dayton area federal, state, and local governments and businesses.
